ad lib sourdough #2

Rightly or wrongly, I now feel confident enough to make a sourdough loaf without a recipe. ☺ This loaf is from 500g flour, 8g salt, 200g sourdough starter and enough water to make a slack dough. I baked it for 40 minutes at gas mark 9 in a Le Creuset dish which worked quite well.
