Later on, the offspring and I made vanilla cheesecake, mostly following the recipe here.

120g digestive biscuits, finely ground
60g melted unsalted butter
1 tablespoon brown sugar
450g cream cheese
3 large eggs
130g white sugar
½ cup coconut yoghurt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
