Tuesday 2 September 2014 challenges Diva#183 was to use the tangle x-did (here with tipple and msst), and joey#24 was to use five overlapping circles. It was a wrench letting go of the mouse to pick up a pen, as I’ve been having such fun designing posters; here’s the latest. next post previous post
Great use of this week’s UMT from Annette. Wow! That’s a great poster!
Good job combining two challenges in one piece. That is a very cool poster—slice. Is it for a an imaging (i.e. CT scans, MRI) practice?
Er, I struggle with titles for the posters,; I thought that it looked like slices of apple. My source image was actually the hawthorns here.
Great Tile, Sal. Love the X-did pattern in the spheres. Your use of Msst is beautiful. Great Job. Your poster is amazing.
nice tile, I like the squarish pattern in the circle. Your poster is once again quite stunning.
I love ‘X-DID’ in a circular fashion like this! It’s amazing how different it looks! I’m glad you tried it! It’s fun to see how everybody adds their own twist to it!! Beautiful! Thanks! Annette :0) Share Humanity

Love how you combined the two challenges. You’re tile is great!
This is a great take on the X-did tangle. Nice to break up something very angular by putting it in a round!
Nice job on this tangle. I like it combined with Msst.
Beautiful work! And what a great idea to combine two challenges. Amazing poster and perfect name.
Wonderful tile! I like your way of using X-Did in the circles! Nicely done! Your poster is great!
Both designs are mesmerizing♪
I can relate. I keep thinking… if only I could put this in Photoshop and play around with it.
Nice idea to combine the two challenges 🙂
The result is beautiful.
I also like the poster, with the pattern repetition and nice color transitions
