Here’s last night’s yoghurt

ready to go in the fridge.

Then I tried a beginners’ recipe: boiled eggs,

which shelled beautifully.

In the garden, I hunter-gathered some red duke of York spuds

and lots of flowers

before whipping up some beef stew, featuring those very same spuds.
