emmer flour and cakewatch 2017

Today’s bread was from 333g emmer flour and 167g white bread flour. It made a nice dough and tasted of a good wholemeal bread. I made a four-strand plait!

I keep forgetting to record the two-legged mice’s assault on the cake; here’s where we are so far.
