kilogram sandwich loaf

Another of my new loaf tins is a huge sandwich tin. It took a kilogram of flour; my usual loaves take 500g.

I’ve noticed that, with homemade bread, there’s never any left over to have toasted the next day, so I sliced and froze some to save it from the two-legged mice.
