baguette rolls

Tried another recipe from Breadsong, this time baguettes. The baking was hampered by not one, but two power cuts! Why should a gas oven not work during a power cut?

The three conventionally shaped loaves didn’t last long enough to be snapped. Blooming mice! 🥀🐁🐭
