experimental pizzas

The offspring and I have been experimenting with various pizza doughs — this is the ‘Saturday night dough’ with 70% hydration from The Elements of Pizza by Ken Forkish.

We’re now a well-oiled machine sliding the pizzas onto the pizza steel (me) and pulling them off again (him).
