jam yesterday and jam tomorrow

I made the final hunter-gather of rhubarb today

and made it into jam.

This is 50:50 rhubarb and jam sugar by weight. I could’ve used more rhubarb or less sugar; next time I’ll try 60:40.

While it was boiling, I made baguettes and scrolls.
