Along with the dehydrator has come a new sport of looking out for fruit and veg reduced or on special offer. Today I found apples and nectarines,

blueberries and strawberries,

flat peaches (these were the lump’s first encounter with the business side of the process, rather than just the eating side of the process)

and cherries, here puréed for cherry leather – mmm.
