big apples

The offspring is helping me in a production line of preparing apples: peeling, coring

and dicing for drying,

and drying the peels.

The first batch of dried peels were tasteless so for the second batch I tossed them in icing sugar and cinnamon before dehydrating them. These are also a little disappointing so I juiced today’s apple cores and peel instead.

And … four of my sketches are on the weekly faves on OpenProcessing … and I have yet more stalkers followers. I can only think that there’s a class being held somewhere (Sao Paulo in Brazil by the looks of it) and the class are following me en mass.
