Meanwhile the heel-first sock has got to the trying-on stage and, not only can I not get my foot in it, it was a struggle to push this 2.5″ disk into it.

So I made some Apricot Delight, this time cutting the coconut with walnuts and digestive biscuits. The two-legged mice have been warned that I’d like it to last longer than a day.
