apricot (and apple) delight

Heaven knows how, but I managed to hide some digestive biscuits from the two-legged mice to make some apricot delight. This time I replaced about a quarter of the apricot with apple. It’s OK, but not a resounding success. No doubt the mice will eat it all the same.
