the offspring’s foray into the kitchen

*sigh* Apparently it is my fault that the offspring has no self-control when it comes to my baking 🍞. Even so, I suggested that he might like to take up the reins of deciding what we should eat AND then preparing it!

He’s (we’ve) had mixed luck so far. The turkey and lettuce salad had ‘too much lettuce’ 😖

but the pork and carrots got the thumbs up 👍🏼 despite the pork being ‘overcooked’ — his words, not mine.
