rhubarb: first harvest and bread

I hunter-gathered the first rhubarb this morning

and used it to make rhubarb bread.

I found the recipe here, but made some changes:

  • 10floz warm water
  • 2½t yeast
  • 612g flour
  • 43g cup dry milk
  • 3T brown sugar
  • 3T butter, room temperature
  • 3 sticks well-chopped rhubarb
  • 1t salt

I cooked the loaf at GM6 for 35 minutes.
