rhubarb: first harvest and bread
I hunter-gathered the first rhubarb this morning

and used it to make rhubarb bread.


I found the recipe here, but made some changes:
- 10floz warm water
- 2½t yeast
- 612g flour
- 43g cup dry milk
- 3T brown sugar
- 3T butter, room temperature
- 3 sticks well-chopped rhubarb
- 1t salt
I cooked the loaf at GM6 for 35 minutes.
