an old favourite – chelsea buns

I made this batch using homemade concentrated home-grown apple juice, home-grown apple pieces and straight dried yeast

and got a fantastic crumb! The apple pieces completely disintegrated within the dough as they cooked, leaving it very moist.

Must try that again!
