Azed 2566 and blue flowers

Old news but not fake news:

Last week’s Azed was a struggle as the printed copy was missing the instructions and, once I’d found them on line, I still didn’t understand them! Some of the answers were the names of British playwrights encrypted!

I make a bouquet from only blue and white flowers.
