buds, bugs and brassica

Another bud on the dahlia

and a welcome ladybird.

Can’t remember what these are, but they have buds.

The brassicas are plodding along,

as are a few weeds. 🙁

I picked the first marigolds

and artfully plonked them into the posy ring.
