cherry and chocolate sourdough

Since I’ve been lusting after the book, I had a go at one of the free recipes from Modernist Bread. Substituting frozen cherries for dried made the dough as pourable as cake mix, so it was a bit of a disaster. Unfortunately it didn’t taste nice either, so ended up on the compost heap. ☹
