mincemeat chelsea buns

For our games session on Friday, I made chelsea buns with mincemeat as the filling

and this morning, I made the same again with the remaining mincemeat and some marzipan that I found in the freezer. I tried a new-to-me method of cutting the slices — using a coil of dental floss rather than a knife. Though of varying heights, they turned out more even.
