oat and apple bread (and snow)

 

Before baking,

straight from the oven,

and sliced. The verdict was indifference, but that might be the flour I used: sunflower and white flour – which tasted odd when I used it before.

While it was cooling, I trudged down to the greenhouse to prove that we have snow.
