The third yarnbox has just arrived.Yet again it’s not something I would’ve chosen – yet another purple (here called Hushpuppy) and a sort of brown (Sirius).

My GP has challenged me to improve my diet so I’m doing the Whole 30.

This is my fourth attempt and day 1.
