ciabatta and focaccia

Oh, the shame of it: I’ve been watching a reality show on the box. They had to make ciabatta and focaccia, so I thought that I’d give it a go.

The ciabatta were called ‘puddles’ by the offspring — he wolfed them down, though;

and the focaccia probably suffered from wholemeal flour and not nearly enough garlic. Our visitor took the little that remained after lunch.
